Australian customers also have the choice to do a purchase using the direct deposit option. Simply email us with your preferred products and that you would like to pay by direct deposit and we will arrange to send you payment details.
We charge a flat rate of $8 (AUD) for all orders with free shipping for ALL orders over $100. Please note that this does not extend to Wholesale Orders and lampshades. International orders are GST (tax) free but the cost savings will cover extra postage charges.
* USA customers will be charged an additional $9 (AUD) for orders weighing more than 1 pound (450g). This is a Australia Post charge imposed to cover extra US security measures.
To purchase any item from our online store, simply follow these easy steps:
- When you have decided on which item to purchase, select your size from the drop down menu (if applicable) then click the Add to Cart button.
- In your cart, you can add as many items as you like when you proceed to the check out.
- You can view your shopping cart at anytime by clicking the View Cart button found at the bottom left corner of each page.
- You can remove any item from the shopping cart by selecting the checkbox next to the item and clicking the Update button.
- Once you have finished shopping, click Cart Contents (if you are not already viewing your cart) and click the Checkout button to purchase your desired items.
- If you are not a PayPal account holder you can choose to use the check out for credit card payment via visa or mastercard or you can log into your paypal account.
- Enter all of the information in the form and click Continue.
- Choose your shipping option and enter any comments that you wish to pass onto Thea & Sami then click Continue.
- You will be returned to the Thea & Sami shopping cart once this has been processed.
- Regardless of the payment option you choose, Thea & Sami will be in touch shortly after your order.
Some items may not be in stock but may be made to order. We will advise you immediately if an item is in immediate stock to allow you the option of whether you wish to wait it to be made to order (some items may take up to 6 weeks delivery if this is the case). You may be able to request colour variations. |
