Customer Info: postage & shipping
Currently, Thea & Sami will be shipping products within 72 hours of your payment being received. This will only apply for products that are available in stock. If there are any delays we will ensure to contact you and some products may be made to order. If this is the case, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.
Domestic Orders: We use Australia Post surface mail which will usually deliver within 3 to 7 working days.
We charge a flat postage and handling rate of $8 on all orders with FREE shipping on all orders over $100 value (including but excluding wholesale orders).
Please note, that EXTRA shipping rates will apply to lampshades.
International Orders: Please note that we cannot be responsible for any import fees, duties or taxes.
International Air Mail - Delivered in 3-10 working days, depending on destination. International customers note that additional shipping charges may apply. After we calculate the cost of your shipping we will communicate with you further and send you an additional request for funds via paypal.
* USA customers will be charged an additional $9 (AUD) for orders weighing more than 1 pound (450g). This is a Australia Post charge imposed to cover extra US security measures.
PLEASE NOTE that Thea & Sami are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the shipping or posting process. We can not be held responsible for the packages once they are out of our hands. We do encourage you to insure your items if you feel as though they could be at risk. |
